Pakistan the way I understand

We are having much discussion on India Pakistan relationship. On almost every TV channel we see debates on this subject particularly ever since Pakistan media has shown special interest in Bihar election in which BJP and its allies lost miserably. We all know why NDA lost the match. It was open challenge that RSS showed to reservation policy. Even though spokes persons of NDA did not accept this fact we as prudent voters know for sure that this opposition to reservation by RSS who is owner of BJP that has turned voters away from NDA. In Pakistan they discussed it as if it was an election in Pakistan. This made me think about the real character of that country.

I understand that Pakistan is not a one culture country but a collection of some four countries much like our Hindustan. They are Punjab, Sindh, Pathan land and Baluchistan. Out of these Punjab is the most aggressive and has been in power for most part of Pakistan's history. Punjabi people overshadow other three and there overbearing attitude has been the principle characteristic of Pakistan. It is Punjabi mentality that makes up Pakistan's attitude in every field, politics, religious activities, business and foreign affairs. Their excessive initiative in almost every affair of Pakistan such as media, military, culture, art, defense name it and you will see a Punjabi trying to push him or her in that field to over do the rest of Pakistanis. Punjabi do not allow others to come up and try to represent Pakistan and because of this we see Pakistan as an effect of Punjabi and nobody else. Punjabi people consider them as superior to all other sections of Pakistan. Their aggressiveness is very much obvious in almost every field of activity. Because of this what we see as Pakistan is actually Punjab and not all Pakistan. In short we may say that Punjabi Pakistan is the Pakistan.

Second segment is Sindhi. These people are more or less secular in their attitude and so more amenable and greatly understanding with other people, the attitude much different from that of aggressive Punjabi attitude. Karachi is the symbol of Sindhi culture. This metropolis is representative of secular Pakistan. Sindhi are side lined by Punjabi element in most fields of concern by their aggressiveness against soberness of Sindhi. In many incidences we see Sindhi being condemned by Punjabi controlled Pakistan governments and declared as anti-national for being more liberal and secular in their dealing with other sections of society. Many Sindhi Pakistanis have admitted that they do not want to be part of this Punjabi Pakistan. However, they do not have courage to rise against Punjabi people, may be, due to their being sober and tolerant. Sindhi section provide business, culture, art, intellects, Sufi music. Sindhi's lack of military temperament keeps them away from the main political activity of Pakistan. Whereas Punjabi are mainly in military, terrorist, militant, fanatic religious activities, politics, media. Sindhi talent has given Pakistan many personalities in literature and art while Punjabi have given terrorist, fanatics and all the violent activities we see in Pakistan.

Third is Pathan faction. These people are generally illiterate and unintelligent. They can be easily swayed by short temper attitude of Punjabi and so they are mostly under the influence of Punjabi faction in Pakistan. From the dawn of Pakistan we see that this faction did not want to stay in Pakistan but wanted to separate is an independent county by name Pukhtunwa or land of Pakhtuns. Pathans call themselves as Pakhtuns an not Pathan, anyway. These unintelligent people are controlled by intelligent, shrewd Punjabi clerics and made to join terrorist and militant forces controlled by Punjabi fanatics. In this way they are being used by this Punjabi faction and are foolishly engaged in many useless fights with other people where most of the innocent Pakistanis are killed. Blame goes on Pathan and Punjabi see the fun of that. Because of lack of talent Pathans are fanatic religiously and are found to be ready to commit stupid mistakes at the order by any Punjabi leader. Problem with intelligent Pathan is of a very unusual type. Pathan land is divided in two countries, namely Pakistan and Afghanistan. If they have to curve out their land they have to cut these two countries. All attempts by Pathan people have failed as their approach was not intelligent but mostly foolish, they indulged in unnecessary religious fight in the name of Taleban. Actually they want to fight to separate from these two countries but instead of asking for the separation they went on indulging in religious involvements and in that they lost the very purpose of their fight. Pathan are good warriors but being not intelligent are mostly exploited by Punjabi faction and at the end remain without getting their separate land.

Last section in my study is Baluchistan. I came to know that the sultan of Baluchistan did not want to join Pakistan. He wanted to be with Hindustan but British design was such that his principality was joined to Pakistan. People from this part are not very good fighters but are carrying guns at the instance of scheming Punjabi manged governments. They are treated like occupied people and not on par with other factions in Pakistan. They are the most exploited people among the Pakistanis.

When you will next time listen to any Pakistani on media you better find out to what faction he/she belongs. That will make things easy for you to understand what he/she speaks and why so! If given to plebiscite and asked these factions if they want to remain as Pakistanis or want to join India, my reading suggests that Sindhi and Baluchistanis will want to separate from Pakistan and join India. Pathan will be in confused state as they are not intelligent enough to know what is best for them. Only Punjabis will vote against Hindustan and insist that they want Pakistan.
