Finally,
one will have to decide with what one should stay. With Jesus or with
Church is the inquiry. If you are with Church, you cannot be
simultaneously with Jesus and if you are with Jesus, you cannot be
with Church also. Lord Jesus has rightly said,
Mathew:
6:24
“No one can serve two
masters. Either you will hate the one and love the other, or you will
be devoted to the one and despise the other. You cannot serve both
God and Hypocrisy (Church).
Jesus says, in Eye for Eye (Mathew 5:38-42)
5:39
But I tell you, do not
resist an evil person. If anyone slaps you on the right cheek, turn
to him or her other cheek also.
5:42
Give to the one who asks
you, and do not turn away from the one who wants to borrow from you.
In
Love
for Enemies,
5:45
you may be children of your
Father in heaven. He causes his sun to rise on the evil and the good,
and sends rain on the righteous and the unrighteous as well.
5:46
If you love those who love
you, what reward will you get? Are not even the tax collectors doing
that?
5:47
And if you greet only your
own people, what are you doing other than what others are doing? Do
not even pagans do that? That means, greet all equally.
5:48
Be perfect, therefore, as
our heavenly Father is perfect.
Above
quotes could be misinterpreted, as concession to evil and that will
lead to wrong behavior of the faithful by encouraging evil doer
instead of stopping. If you are with Church and not with Jesus you
cannot consider you as a true Christian, you are a Popian since
Church is a Popian activity.
