Origin of Roman Catholic Church- 20

Continues from previous post -

Byzantine Empire and its Roman Church copied Roman Catholic Church on the same line to develop Eastern Orthodox Church. Similarly, Syrian Christian Church evolved on the same line simultaneously. The priesthoods of those places took advantage of the absence of Jesus to the best and by using his name, began there BUSINESS OF RELIGION. When we carefully study teachings of Jesus, it becomes clear that Jesus was against formation of any Church and often he told his followers to be in contact with Father (Jesus often referred to God as Father) directly and not through any human agency. Here we see that Church created a post, called "father" in their hierarchy and asks people to confess to that ordinary person! It is not in accordance with what Jesus expected from his people. It is a case of blatant cheating of faithful people in the name of Lord Jesus. Some priests went to the extent that Church is Jesus! There is nothing more blasphemous than this claim.

The core issue is what the basic teaching of Jesus to his followers was. Going through all the parables Jesus referred to in his teachings, the core teaching is to be good to all or principle of righteousness. Ten Commandments of Moses also say the same thing only in a different manner. What is goodness? It means to follow four laws and they are mutual respect, mutual co-operation, mutual sympathy, resist every evil. In Latin, Catholic means, goodness comprising of these four laws. Therefore, word Catholic was used to express the basic teachings of Jesus. Therefore, the Church is named as Roman Catholic Church. If all the chaff that is created around the teachings of Jesus removed, we get at the kernel principle of Catholicism, righteousness and nothing else. However, style of working of These Churches shows that they are more interested in chaff and less in the kernel!

Let us now see what the gospels of Mathew say about Jesus. As per Mathew's Gospel, one hermit by name John the Baptist had already began to revive principles of goodness (Catholicism).

Baptism means taking oath on the principles of righteousness or Catholicism and it is done by anointing one with water. It did not have any aspect of religion but as the matter was taken up by Roman Catholic Church as well as other Churches in the east, this process became the initiation process for converting to a religion in the name of Jesus, without his knowledge and expressed permission all this was happening. Baptism was the process of immersing one's head in water and in that way he/she would take an oath that he/she shall remain truthful to righteousness for all his/her life. In Hindu practice we see people deep in water (river or sea) to purify them, that appears to be similar to baptism process with a difference, in due time as Mathew says in his Gospel, Jesus in his childhood was baptized by John the Baptist. The process also had other things and in that, the one who takes 'oath of goodness' was given a slice of bread and wine to eat. This initiation to goodness was done at an early age of a child and so it was also used to give name to the new borne child and therefore, it was the process of naming of the child. Later on, this oath taking became cardinal process in Christianity controlled by the Churches. This process of Baptizing was not practiced by Jews and so it became a unique procedure for the Christians. This shows that the initiation for oath of practicing principles of goodness (catholic or righteousness) was started by John the Baptist and that means the true father of Christianity is John the Baptist and not Jesus. Word Christian means one anointed by water that means one who is initiated for oath of goodness or baptized. This shows how important this process of Baptism was in Christianity. In Hindu practice there, we see self-baptizing by a person by dipping in water thrice to sanctify him/her. In Muslims, they perform a process of cleansing their limbs prior to doing namaz all these processes are types of baptizing in essence.
